POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Contributions to Committee To Elect Preston Mccollam are subject to the following terms:

requirements as administered by the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC)
- By making a contribution, you affirm that you are a U.S. citizen or permanent
resident, that the contribution is from your own funds (not from a corporate
or foreign source), and that you are not a federal contractor prohibited from
making political contributions
- Washington State contribution limits apply. Please visit the PDC website for
current limits.
- Donor information including name, address, occupation, and employer may be
publicly disclosed as required by law
Donations are processed securely through Anedot, a third-party payment
platform. Anedot's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to donation
transactions.
SMS TERMS OF SERVICE
By opting in to receive text messages from the Campaign:
- You consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number
you provide
- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- Text STOP to opt out at any time
- Text HELP for help
- Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation
- Neither the Campaign nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered
messages
MOBILE MESSAGING PROGRAM CONSENT
By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the
following types of text messages from Committee To Elect Preston Mccollam:
- Polling/Voting Text Messages: Such as election reminders and opinion polls.
- Public Service Announcement Text Messages: Including legislative updates,
member updates, and voter education.
Opt-In Methods
